24 Herbal remedies for cold and cough for babies-Winter Special
It is a very painful feeling when your baby spend sleepless nights, become cranky, not able to breath properly, due to cough.
My daughter is a March-born baby, so her starting 6 months was without any cold and cough as the weather in Rajasthan was warm till September. I remember the time when she had cold for the first time. It was such a bad feeling, especially because she didn’t like any allopathic syrups. She used to vomit right after taking any medicines for cold and cough and the food I gave her with so much efforts also vomited out.

Food for 11-12 months Baby
In 11 and 12 Months most Babies need :
- Solid foods three times a day. By now your baby should be eating a variety of different foods and taking an active role at mealtimes by self-feeding and drinking from a sippy cup.

- At 11 to 12 months: 22 to 30 ounces of breast milk or formula in a 24-hour period. Beginning at 12 months, your baby can transition to whole cow’s milk and should drink less than 30 ounces a day (more than this can reduce your child’s appetite for other healthy foods and can lead to iron deficiency anemia).
- A little less than 14 hours of sleep in a 24-hour period this includes nighttime sleep and naps. Two naps during the day (morning and afternoon) is typical, though some babies will move toward just one long nap each day.

Food for 9-10 Months old Baby
When your baby become 9 months old he/she can accept a variety of foods and fruits 3-4 times in a day. He is able to use lips to clear a spoon , can chew and effectively move his tongue to swallow the food.
- Does your baby hold most foods while eating ?Drink from a cup with a little help ? Hold and lick the spoon after it is dipped into food? These are the first steps in learning how to eat by one’s self.

I used to give it to my daughter from the starting of her seven month. But always use home made paneer for your baby.

Home made Cerelac – with ragi/wheat/rice
Hello ladies ,what I m posting today is really very helpful for all newly mothers. As most of the mother are confused that what is the right food for their baby after he completed his six month. And one more problem mothers are facing is that ‘ is that the ready-made celerac available in market is good for their babies heath as today we found things with adulteration. But our babies stomach is just so delicate, so we must keep in mind that what we give to them must be pure and properly checked.
I started to prepare this from ninth month end so that I can give in hertenth month food.Home made cerelac for babies is one of the richest food which gives wholesome energy and strength. It is filling and I used to give it in breakfast to my daughter.
Ingredients :
1 kg – ragi
1/2 kg – wheat
