Preparations for Welcoming the Baby

The baby is born after 9 months and 7 days or 40 weeks after the first day of the last menstrual period and your doctor would have told you the expected date of pregnancy. But the baby may be born one week before or after the expected date of your delivery.

You should,therefore make all the necessary preparations to welcome your baby well in time and nothing should be left for the last moments. Cloths,bed sheets ,cots and other arrangement for receiving the baby are made well in advance.
