Some important articles you must go through
Method of preparation
Firstly wash ber fruit well and sun dry it completely. Now remove its tinka (black color thin pipe at the top of the fruit)from every single fruit.
Cut it from both sides with knife.
Add all the ingredients(except mustard oil) to it and mix well.
4.Now sun dry it atleast for a week after covering it with net. Net prevents the pickle from flies and dust.
5. Mix it well 2 to 3 times in a day when it is under sun light. Sugar and jaggery melts and mixed well in this period. After 3 to 4 days you can add just 1 to 2 tsp of mustard oil, this will increase its life, make it shiny, non sticky and more healthy and tasty.
6.When its stickiness gone completely, it is ready to preserve for more than a year.😀
You can see the change in color when it is ready to be preserved. Now I am going to enjoy it yupieee💃.
Now it is ready to parcel, one bottle for my dear sister-in law and the other one is for my 2 naughty brothers. Three of us just loved its taste.
Hope I am able to explain it well, still for any doubt feel free to ask me. Write your doubt in the comment section.
